Ingredients

For the dough:

• 250 g flour
• 150 grams sugar
• 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
• 75 g butter
• 1 egg (s)
• some rum aroma

Moreover:

• 1 glass applesauce
• Almond (s), chopped

Instructions

1. Put all the dough ingredients in a bowl and stir with a fork - never use a mixer!
2. Put 2/3 of the crumbly dough in a greased springform pan. Spread the applesauce on top. Mix the remaining crumble with the almonds and pour onto the applesauce.
3. Baking time 35 - 40 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
