First you take 500 ml of cold milk and put it into a tall, narrow mixing beaker. Then you add the cream powder. It is stirred briefly at the lowest level and then stirred for about 1 minute at the highest level until creamy. Then you add the low-fat quark and, if necessary, sugar or vanilla sugar.
The applesauce is evenly distributed on dessert bowls or the like, then the vanilla quark is on top and as a topping you can add chocolate sprinkles (or brittle or similar) over it. Then place in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten.
