Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into small cubes. Then bring to the boil with 50 ml of water. Depending on the acidity of the apples, add more or less sugar. As soon as the sugar has dissolved, add the honey and cinnamon. Let cook until the apples are nice and soft and there are only a few pieces left.
  2. Then add the rest of the water and bring to the boil again briefly. Now stir in the pudding powder with a whisk until it has dissolved.
  3. Serve after cooling.
