Instructions
Place the ladyfingers in a baking dish and spread the applesauce on top. Mix the quark, mascarpone, milk and sugar together. Whip the cream almost until stiff and fold in. Spread the quark cream over the applesauce and put in a cool place.
Sprinkle with the cocoa powder before serving.
