Peel and dice apples and bring to the boil with sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice, add a little water if necessary. When the apples are soft (varies from variety to variety), puree the apples and allow them to cool a little.
Put a layer of yogurt in two glasses, a layer of applesauce on top, then top with a layer of yogurt. Sprinkle some brown sugar and cinnamon on top, chill for 1 hour.
Annotation:
It goes very quickly when you take ready-made applesauce out of the glass. My daughter loves this dessert and it`s only slightly sweetened like that.
