Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the dried dates and let them steep for about 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Thinly grease four small ovenproof molds.
  3. Puree the dates with 50 ml of the soaking water. Mash the banana.
