- Pour boiling water over the dried dates and let them steep for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Thinly grease four small ovenproof molds.
- Puree the dates with 50 ml of the soaking water. Mash the banana.
- The apricot halves, for canned fruits, pat the halves dry beforehand, distribute them on the molds.
