Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk well, stir in the melted chocolate. Sift the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in carefully. Spread on a greased and floured tray. Cover with halved apricots (cut side up) and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
