• 250 ml pineapple juice
• 250 ml orange juice
• 750 ml buttermilk
• possibly honey

Instructions

1. Drain the apricots and puree with the orange and pineapple juice, then add the buttermilk.
2. If you like it a little sweeter, you can taste the whole thing with honey. Tastes great with a brunch buffet but also on any other occasion.
