Instructions

  1. Puree the apricots, mix with the sugar and lemon juice and mix in the apricot juice. Dissolve and add the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet. Let the cream harden in the refrigerator.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the cream. Portion the cream and garnish with pieces of apricot and cream.
