Wash and halve the apricots, mix with lemon juice, honey, apricot liqueur and sugar to taste and refrigerate, puree a quarter of the amount of apricots with the mixer.
Mix the yoghurt with quark, apricot puree and vanilla sugar until smooth, if necessary refine with sugar, apricot liqueur or lemon juice, pour half the amount of apricots into suitable dessert glasses and spread the cream on top, top with the remaining apricots, and finally the apricot dessert with cream and chocolate chips decorate and serve well chilled.
