Instructions

  1. First wash, core and halve the apricots, steam them with the Grand Marnier in a saucepan until soft, sweeten with brown sugar to taste. Then let it boil down for a few more minutes. Now puree the apricots and let them cool down.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the cream. Stir natural yoghurt, curd cheese and QimiQ vanilla until creamy and sweeten with elderflower syrup to taste.
  3. Roughly chop the cookies. Now fill the glasses in the following order: yoghurt cream - cookie pieces - apricot puree - cookie pieces - yoghurt cream - apricot puree. To finish, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Chill for a few hours and then enjoy!
  4. The cup size of natural yoghurt and low fat curd was 250 g each.
  5. If children eat with dessert, you can replace the Grand Marnier with orange or apricot juice.
