Instructions

  1. Wash, stone and cut the apricots. Sort the raspberries and put a few berries aside for decoration.
  2. Put the curd, whole milk, honey or maple syrup and the fruits in a tall container and puree finely. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Then fill into 4 beautiful glasses, decorate with the raspberries and serve.
