Instructions

  1. Scald the apricots with boiling water and let them steep for a moment. Then drain, quench and peel. Let cool down completely. Then cut in half and remove the stones.
  2. Put the apricots with orange juice, crushed ice and about 1 to 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (depending on how sweet it should be) in a blender and puree.
  3. Fill into glasses and garnish with a little mint.
