Instructions

  1. Fry the chopped onion and minced meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil, turning. Stir in the tomato ketchup, season with salt and chili sauce and add the spring onion rings. Cook everything for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Mix in the apricot wedges and heat in the minced meat. Finally, pour the cooked rice on top, mix the creme fraiche with a little pepper and the peppercorns and spread over the rice.
  3. Briefly heat everything again with the lid closed. Garnish with parsley before serving.
