Mix the chicken broth with lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Rub the chicken with a small portion of the mixture, mix the rest with the potatoes and onions in a large bowl.
Put the potato and onion mixture in a large, flat dish, place the chicken pieces on top of the potato mixture, except for the breast, and cook in the oven for approx. 40-45 minutes.
Add the chicken breasts 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time and let them cook at the same time. If you put the breast in the oven right from the start, it will be too dry.
If you like, you can add rosemary to the dish.
Serve the whole thing in the form.
Cooking time will be shorter if you simply slice the potatoes and onions.
