Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into very small cubes, finely chop the parsley, finely chop the meat - or minced beef from the butcher. Put the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and the other spices and mix well.
  2. Form small balls and roll them in flour. Heat the margarine in a pan and bake the balls in it until golden brown. Serve with flatbread and salad as desired.
