Instructions

  1. Fry the chopped onion and minced meat in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables (zucchini, aubergine and peppers), cut into cubes about 1.5 cm, to the pan and fry for a few minutes. Then add the cut tomatoes and the tomato puree, braise everything for a few minutes and season well with cinnamon powder, salt, pepper and chilli flakes or cayenne pepper.
  2. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packet and serve with it.
