Instructions

  1. Cover the bulgur with water and let it soak for 20 minutes, then cook until cooked.
  2. Some don`t cook the bulgur either, but my guests don`t like it.
  3. Put in a colander and drain.
  4. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into cubes. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Pluck the leaves from the mint and cut into small pieces.
  5. Add everything to the bulgur and mix.
  6. Mix the salad mixture with oil, add and mix well.
  7. Season with cumin and cayenne pepper.
