Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers and onions and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the vegetables in it over high heat. The vegetables should turn brown (toasted aromas). Then add the Baharat and mix everything thoroughly. Reduce the heat and put a lid on the pan. If the vegetables are too dry, add a little water as needed. Let simmer over a low heat for approx. 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt.
