• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup sour cream or creme fraiche
• 1 cup yogurt
• 3 tablespoon oil
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 onion (s)
• 1 bunch chives
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Chop the chives, garlic and onion and mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper, goes well with grilled food or just with baguette.
