I always have this salad after I`ve cooked beef soup.
Finely dice the meat, sausage, cucumber and eggs and mix together in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and lovage. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and oil. Add the whipped cream, fill the cream cup with water and add it as well. Mix everything well and, if necessary, season with fine seasoning (fondor or frozen soup powder). Cover and leave to steep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Serve with fried potatoes, fresh rolls or fresh white bread.
