Instructions

  1. Cook rice as usual.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the milk, season with salt and fry them in a pan with a little oil as a pancake, then remove from the pan and cut into pieces about 1 cm in size. Fry the chicken breast cubes, season with salt, remove from the pan.
  3. Fry the bacon with garlic and ginger, reduce the temperature a little and now add the spring onions and peppers. After 3 minutes add the soy sauce, meat, pancakes and chilli. Mix with the rice and season to taste.
  4. Mix in a little more oil if necessary.
