Wash the rocket, spin dry and spread out on a large plate or platter. Wash and quarter the figs and place on top of the rocket. Cut the mozzarella and ham into pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes and also add to the rocket. Chop the basil and spread over it. Grind the pepper over it and add a little salt.
Mix the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil well together to make a vinaigrette so that the vinaigrette is nice and creamy and spread evenly over the salad.
You can serve fresh baguette with it. The salad also looks good on any buffet and is also a nice side dish when grilling.
