Instructions

  1. Cut the shallot into thin strips and the mango into cubes.
  2. Put 120 g of mango cubes, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper in a blender and puree it into a homogeneous dressing.
  3. You then arrange the rocket with the shallot strips on plates, spread the dressing over it and finally decorate it with balsamic reduction and the remaining mango pieces.
  4. I recommend e.g., pork tenderloin or baguette.
