Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. In a bowl, stir the two egg whites with the cornstarch, the teaspoon of salt and the teaspoon of soy sauce with a whisk, then add the meat strips and mix well with the marinade.
Put the sesame oil in the wok and cook the marinated meat strips until crispy brown. Remove the cooked meat from the wok and set aside. Now add the sesame oil to the wok again and press the garlic cloves into it. The ginger and Asian vegetables now also come in and cook for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, stir the peanut butter with the hot water, the tablespoon of soy sauce and the rice vinegar until smooth and return to the wok together with the fried strips of meat. Warm up briefly and serve with rice.
