Cut the onions and garlic into small pieces and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Then add the frozen vegetables and the chopped apples or pears (depending on your taste) and cover and defrost everything for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
Then add the soy sauce and let everything simmer for another 5 - 10 minutes without the lid, so that the soy sauce boils down a little. Add the sour cream and stir in. If too thick, add a little water. Season to taste with pepper and ginger powder.
