Instructions

  1. Peel, core and finely chop the cucumber. Cut the chilli pepper into rings (if necessary remove the seeds beforehand). Finely chop the garlic and onions. Heat the vinegar with the same amount of water in a saucepan, add sugar and salt and heat until the sugar is dissolved. Put the vegetables in a bowl and mix in the cooled marinade well.
