Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into wafer-thin slices and marinate with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oil and chopped garlic for 2 hours. In the meantime, cut the carrots into sticks, the peppers into pieces and the leek into slices. Cut the pointed cabbage into strips. Halve the corncobs. Cook the meoodles according to the instructions on the packet. Fry the meat in the pan with the crushed pepper (first toast the pepper in a stainless steel pan without oil and then crush it), remove it and keep it warm. Gradually add the vegetables and season to taste with the soy sauce, sambal olek and chopped ginger. Add the meoodle, soybeans, bamboo shoots, baby corn and the meat.
