Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus and cut off the ends. Cut the asparagus diagonally into slices that are not too thick. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Remove the seeds from the chillies and finely chop them.
  2. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (convection 130 ° C).
  3. Pat the meat dry, season with salt and pepper and wrap with the bacon slices.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the meat all around for about 5 minutes, remove and place in an ovenproof dish. Deglaze the roasting set with 5 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of chili sauce and bring to the boil. Brush the meat with the sauce and finish cooking in the hot oven for about 15 minutes.
  5. Put the sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of normal oil in a wok or pan and heat. Fry the asparagus in it for about 4 minutes. Add the ginger, garlic, chilli and sherry and fry for another 2 minutes. Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove the fillets and cut into slices. Arrange the asparagus and the meat and drizzle with the remaining chili sauce.
  7. Rice tastes good with it.
