Instructions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds until golden brown, finely chop the garlic and grate the ginger.
  2. Peel the lower third of the asparagus and cut it into 1.5 cm pieces.
  3. Heat the peanut oil in a pan. Add the garlic, ginger and asparagus without the tips. Fry over high heat while stirring. Add the asparagus tips, season with pepper (from the mill) and sugar and soy sauce. Put the lid on and cook over low heat until al dente.
  4. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds, add a little sesame oil to taste.
  5. Fried pork tenderloin and / or rice go very well with this.
