Instructions

  1. Put the pasta and 1 tablespoon of oil in boiling salted water. Cook for about 5 minutes, then drain and drain. Cut the leek into rings and the carrots into strips. Also cut the ham into strips. Drain the sprouts. Peel and chop the garlic.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or pan. Fry the carrots and leek for 3 - 4 minutes. Add the sprouts and some soy sauce, braise briefly, then remove.
  3. Put the pasta and ham in the pan. Stir in the garlic and sambal oelek and fry everything until golden brown. Put the vegetables under the pasta, heat everything again and season to taste.
