Dice the tomatoes including the inside but without the stalk and place in a bowl.
Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into larger cubes and set aside. Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic, ginger and chilli pepper and put everything together in another bowl.
Sear the minced meat in a high pan or in a wok in a little vegetable oil over high heat. Season with salt and pepper. As soon as the minced meat is crispy brown, add the prepared onions, garlic, ginger and chilli and fry. Then deglaze everything with the diced tomatoes.
Mix the ingredients for the seasoning sauce together and add to the pan with the paprika and zucchini cubes. Mix everything together and keep frying with the lid closed until the vegetables are cooked but still firm to the bite.
Serve the minced meat and vegetable sauce with pasta or rice.
