Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into strips. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Remove the outer leaves and the stalk from the pointed cabbage and cut it into small pieces as well. Cut the spring onions into small rings and chop the garlic.
  2. Now heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or large pan. Sear the meat in portions, season with salt and pepper, remove and set aside.
  3. Add another 2 tablespoons of oil to the frying fat in the wok and fry the broccoli for about 5 minutes while stirring (reduce the heat a little if necessary). Then add the cabbage and fry for another 2 minutes. Now add the spring onions and garlic and deglaze everything with the soy sauce. Sambal Oelek (if you like it spicy, you can also take a little more) and the roasted cashew nuts and simmer briefly over a low heat.
  4. Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet and place in the wok with the meat. Let everything warm up briefly and enjoy.
