Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water until firm to the bite.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan or in a wok. Fry the shrimp in the oil on both sides, then take them out again and keep warm.
  3. Then steam the vegetables in the brat for about 10 minutes while stirring, so that they lose a lot of volume. Then mix in the mung bean sprouts and rice.
  4. Add the shrimp and season with soy sauce, chilli, coriander and turmeric.
