Wash and chop the vegetables. Now cut the turkey breast into thin strips and fry in a hot pan with a little oil and season. Now add the carrots to the pan to make them softer.
Then add the peppers and mushrooms. Deglaze with the soy sauce and add the teriyaki sauce, stir and add the cream. Bring everything to the boil briefly.
In the meantime, fry the prawns in a small pan. Now add the leek. Finally, season again with salt, pepper, paprika, chilli and possibly a little garlic.
Arrange everything on a plate and distribute the prawns over the vegetables. Jasmine rice goes best with it.
