Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce and rice vinegar in a cup. Add salt and beat in with a fork until it has dissolved.
  2. Add the honey or agave syrup and whisk everything thoroughly.
  3. First beat the sesame oil, then slowly fold in the sunflower oil with a fork. Season to taste with pepper.
  4. Mix the dressing thoroughly into the salad and then sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
  5. If you are unsure about the dosage of salt and pepper, you can prepare the dressing without preparing it and instead sprinkle salt and pepper over the salad before the dressing is mixed in.
  6. The dressing goes well with leaf salads or leaf salads that have been enriched with vegetables such as carrots, cucumber, peppers, corn or other ingredients that are also found in Asian cuisine. Particularly good: add fresh spinach and hearty sprouts to the salad!
