Cut or pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Peel and grate the carrots. Clean the celery and cut into thin slices. Add the carrots and celery to the salad.
Make a dressing from oil, lemon juice and soy sauce. Mix the sesame seeds into the dressing and season with pepper.
Arrange the salad with the dressing and decorate with the nori seaweed cut into fine strips.
