Boil approx. 750 ml of water in a saucepan, add salt and add the soybeans to the flowing water and cook for approx. 12 minutes.
Sprinkle the bananas with cocoa powder and chilli flakes and roast on both sides in a pan with a little oil. Then carefully stir the bananas into the soybeans and simmer for another 5 minutes.
To serve, wrap a grissini with bacon, pour a teaspoon of curry sauce and a teaspoon of crème fraîche onto the beans. Decorate the plates with the breadsticks as desired.
