Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into thin strips. Marinate with soy sauce, olive oil, sambal and tabasco for at least 2 hours. Cut the mango and banana into not too small cubes (so that they do not overcook). Pour lemon juice over them, add chopped garlic and leave to stand for two hours as well.
  2. It is best to fry the meat in a preheated wok over a constant high heat for 5 minutes until all pores are closed. Add the onion, stir-fry for a few more minutes, then add the peanut butter. Mix everything well, if necessary add some water if it is too thick.
  3. Finally, add the fruit with the garlic over a low flame. Just stir in briefly, approx. 1 min. Until it is hot. There is definitely no salt on the food! If you still want a salty flavor component, you can vary the rice.
