Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus (does not apply to green asparagus) and cut into pieces.
  2. Cook in 1 liter of boiling water with a small dash of vinegar and a little butter until soft for about 15 minutes. Then add the processed cheese and stir in until it is completely melted. Add the Pernod and season to taste with the remaining ingredients. Serve hot.
