Instructions

  1. For the pancakes, mix the milk and eggs with the sifted flour to form a smooth dough (don`t forget salt and pepper) and bake thin pancakes from them in the pan. Do not immediately bake the pancakes until they are golden brown.
  2. As soon as the pancakes are somewhat resistant to tearing, place a slice of ham together with a slice of cheese and 2 - 3 sticks of asparagus (not raw!) On top, roll up the pancakes or close them and bake them until they are golden brown.
  3. A pancake is ready - hearty with melted cheese and ham together with asparagus. Depending on the season, you can also use other vegetables.
