Peel the asparagus as usual. Place a 25 g piece of butter on each of the 4 large pieces of aluminum foil in the upper third. Stack 250 g of asparagus (and possibly the cleaned spring onions) on top. Cut the garlic cloves into slices and pour over them.
Season everything with sea salt, pepper and lemon juice. If you want, you can add a sprig of dill or thyme to the package.
Now fold the foil over and under the asparagus. Place the two sides face up against each other and roll them up downwards. Cook the parcels on a baking sheet in an oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 - 40 minutes (depending on the thickness of the bar and the desired softness).
When opening, carefully roll up the folded one and slide the asparagus with the deliciously fragrant garlic butter sauce onto the plate. Baguette goes well with it.
