Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus and peel only the lower half of the green asparagus, peel the white asparagus as well. Cut the sticks into pieces approx. 1 cm in size. Wash and clean the peppers and tomatoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Make a marinade from vinegar, oil, spring onions and herbs and season with salt and pepper as required. Fold in asparagus, peppers and tomatoes and let the salad steep for at least 1 hour.
