First peel the asparagus, cut into pieces and cook until al dente. Wash the lettuce and strawberries. Then cut the strawberries into slices. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts. Halve the ham slices.
Mix the oil with the vinegar and spices. Arrange the lettuce, ham, asparagus and strawberries on a plate and pour the dressing over it. Finally sprinkle the nuts and parmesan over the salad.
A great summer salad that goes very well with the baguette.
