Instructions

  1. Divide the piri piri, finely chop the ginger and garlic cloves and mix with the lime juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey to a marinade, season with a little pepper. Soak the thawed prawns in the marinade for 12 hours and chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Clean the asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until al dente as usual. Cook snow peas with the asparagus for the last 5 minutes. Remove the prawns from the marinade, drain and fry briefly in the pan, then add the remaining marinade and heat.
  3. Pour the prawns with the sauce from the pan over the drained asparagus and snow peas. Serve the salad lukewarm with an oven-fresh baguette.
