Cut the meat into fine strips, season with plenty of salt and pepper. Mix the soy sauce and five-spice powder together. Marinate the meat in it for 40 minutes.
Heat some soybean oil. Remove the meat from the marinade and fry all over. Fry the onion. Mix the marinade, fruit vinegar, honey and stock, pour in. Boil once. Keep warm.
Peel the asparagus, cut into pieces, fry in the remaining soybean oil for approx. 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cover and cook until al dente. Briefly steam the soy seedlings. Mix with the meat. Season again with salt and pepper. Pour the parsley over the strips and serve immediately.
