Make a pancake batter from flour, eggs, milk and salt and fry the pancakes (preferably in coconut oil).
Cook the asparagus al dente (or to taste).
Prepare the lemon butter sauce according to the instructions. (If you have your own recipe, you can use it. Up until now I have mostly used the packet sauce due to lack of time. But it tastes really good.)
Spread a thin layer of sauce on 5 pancakes, place a slice of ham and 4-5 stalks of asparagus on top. Roll up the pancakes and place with the seam side down in a casserole dish (coated with sauce). Spread the rest of the sauce on the strudels. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 175 ° C until a nice, golden-brown cheese crust forms, approx. 20-30 minutes.
