Instructions

  1. Let the green asparagus boil in water for about 5 - 7 minutes, then drain and place in a pan with either olive oil or butter. Slide the asparagus to the side of the pan. Fry the mushrooms in the same pan.
  2. Finally, mix the asparagus and mushrooms together and season with the mustard, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well again and serve.
