- Dice the tomatoes and slice the spring onions.
- For the dressing:
- Mix together the balsamic vinegar, oil, a little sugar and salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped garden herbs and mix with the diced tomatoes and spring onions.
- Now either pour over the warm asparagus or cut the asparagus into slices and mix with the salsa.
- Let the whole thing steep a little (approx. 30 min.)
