Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes and slice the spring onions.
  2. For the dressing:
  3. Mix together the balsamic vinegar, oil, a little sugar and salt and pepper.
  4. Add the chopped garden herbs and mix with the diced tomatoes and spring onions.
  5. Now either pour over the warm asparagus or cut the asparagus into slices and mix with the salsa.
  6. Let the whole thing steep a little (approx. 30 min.)
