• 1 glass brawn (pork head jelly) or homemade
• 3 tablespoon oil
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 1 medium onion (s), diced
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Whisk together the oil, vinegar and mustard, add the onion and season with salt and pepper.
2. Now cut the brawn into cubes and mix with the sauce. Fried potatoes are enough as a side dish.
